  I have nothing positive to say. I did an online order that should have been ready when I got there but when I arrived, the young boys hadn't even started making my order. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to complete my order. I left specific instructions for my salad and to put the dressing on the side. Three ingredients were missing from my salad and the dressing was poured on top of it. I told them that I didn't want the dressing on top and they smirked laughed about it. DO NOT EXPECT anything to be done right here.

  the guy working on tonight’s shift deserves a raise! he is an absolute amazing employee who went out of his way for me and my husbands meal. shout out to that dude!!

  I ordered avocado on my sandwich and I also ordered a drink and I received neither, I called for a refund and was refused. How hard is it to do your freaking job right the first time ?? You really expect me to drive 20 minutes back out there so you can correct your mistake? It’s so easy to refund a beverage!

  It’s bad enough that prices are up everywhere but less than engaged workers putting together super skimpy sandwiches. It seems they put less and less on every time we stop there. I’m sure this comes from ownership. Not worth the money for what you get. Lucky for them no good options in Mt View.
