  Why is this location still open?? I thought all Subway stores had followed the same food quality?? When you order a protein wrap, why would you put 2 slices of meat on it? It has a calorie intake on each item. When I asked for the correct protien meat portion, and showing the lady the exact serving size on the Subway app. She told me I was wrong, and proceeded yelling at me saying that wasn't correct. One slice of turkey, and one slice of ham on that big tortilla?? Hmm I have been ordering these for lunch everyday, never looked like what she thought I was going to accept and pay for. After I asked her why she was screaming at me, as I just asked her a question, and she didn't like that I looked up the serving size. After being yelled at, I politely walked out as to not ever walk in this location again. I didn't think I needed to read a review on a Subway restaurant, but apparently this Springs Road Hickory location should be CLOSED DOWN!! Close it down!! People work hard for their money, and deserve to get what is advertised, and payed for! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!

  This is the absolute worst subway to go to. They give you half the amount of meat and cheese as a typical subway. Example, I got six slices of turkey on a foot-long and normal subway is 12 slices. The owners always have an attitude problem. I had not been here in so long that I forgot how terrible it was and I will remember this going forward. I will go out of my way to any other subway to avoid this one.

  This is one of the most slowest subways. Never again at this nasty rude location, ordered door dash delivery but it got rerouted to this nasty location.received my subs with barely anything inside very greedy with the portions. Started to bite into the sub and found a nasty hair in my cheese I barely had on the sub. The lady who works there is also very rude and rushes you per the other day I went and got confused because she doesn’t like to listen while the other stares at you from behind the counter. Nastiest sub I’ve ever had from a subway location and nasty food safety standards.
