  I placed an online order and specifically requested no cheese, and I also paid an additional $1.70 for smashed avocado. There was absolutely no avocado on my footlong, yet there was a generous amount of Monterey Jack shredded cheese. I’m lactose intolerant, so this isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s something I specifically needed to avoid. On top of that, the sub was cold, even though I placed the order and arrived to pick it up just 10 minutes later. I paid for an add-on that I didn’t receive, got an ingredient I specifically asked to be left off, and the food was cold on top of everything else. If someone can’t read and properly follow an order ticket, they shouldn’t be working there. Never will order there again.

  I ordered online. When I got the notification that is was done I went to pick it up, only to find out they don’t even started. I watched the guy make it. Like are we serious right now? It was just annoying.
