We ordered online ana the subs were not made right. No dressing ,inspite of proper instructions.

I will never buy from subway ever again. I tried to order online twice in the past 2 days. The first time it went through with order confirmation and my money was taken out of my account. Whenever I arrived my order had somehow been canceled/voided by the store. None of the workers could explain it. When I went there the next day to talk to the manager, they could not answer why my order was canceled/voided. All they said was maybe it was a bug or issue. I tried that evening to order food again through the app. I went through all the steps and went to click confirm payment, only to find out that my card had been blocked by the store and I was unable to use it there. Also, there wasn't an issue with the online payment service because 3 people came in while I was ordering my food on the app and picked up to go orders. Tonight was the last straw and I'm done with subway.
