I am writing to highlight the outstanding work of Tevin at your Hickory location. Every time I visit, he demonstrates exceptional technical knowledge, superb multitasking skills, and outstanding customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond to solve complex issues while maintaining a courteous attitude. Tevin is a remarkable asset to your team and deserves recognition for the exemplary level of service he provides.

Tevin was awesome!!! He helped me and my husband with upgrading our phones. We probably talked his ears off but he took care of us! Would definitely recommend the Hickory store and Tevin!!
