  I went in the other day to get an upgrade and these two girls were really sweet and patient while helping me transfer my information to my new phone I definitely recommend going when Dayrin or Emmy is working!

  My phone screen was busted up so bad it was glitching and you could barely see anything on the screen. But Emmy and Dayrin were so friendly, helpful, and patient. Even though it took a long time and seemed hopeless they somehow managed to get all of the information transferred onto my new phone.

  Worst spot to get the iPhone 17 Pro Max went to purchase it here and I got the phone in payments through progressive leasing, and I did my math and the phone was 1,200 and if I waited the 12 months to pay off the phone it was a 2.4% fee which comes out to 2,880 and on the Progressive leasing it says that I owe them almost 3,200 and I went to the store in Hickory and I spoke to the short black guy with a gap between his teeth and a short sped Hispanic girl and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it and told me to call progressive leasing. did not care at all and was speaking to her mid conversation she told me to move to the side because she was taking another customer instead of me which I was there before them and she did that twice I do not recommend the store. go to Conover and if they don’t have the phone that you want there I recommend you just wait until they have it because this store has really bad customer service and like to put hidden fees in your account.
