  Had a great experience here when my car broke down on a really hot day. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and they went out of their way to make a stressful situation a little easier. Great customer service and genuinely good people. Thank you again!

  Absolutely horrible customer service The employee gave me two of the wrong oil filters for my truck I clearly specify the correct year making model of my vehicle The employee seemed careless while retrieving the part number he thought was correct I got home only to find that both filters were incorrect they won't return the one that I already primed with engine oil. When I called the employees seem like they did not care about my hardship

  I’m Mo , Gotta say, this AdvanceAuto Parts location here in Hickory is top-notch. The people how working there are friendly, down-to-earth, and really know their stuff. Every time I walk in, they’re ready to help and make sure I get exactly what I need without any hassle. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Places like this are why it’s important to support local. Y’all are doing an awesome job—keep it up!
