  Worse experience I’ve had at a subway. Went in and was the only one there except for the 2 workers. I stood there in line ready to order but they never looked up or acknowledge that I was there. A few minutes passed by and I said can I have some help? I was told give me a minute I’m working on online orders. She sounded annoyed that I even asked. I understand online orders are important but a simple “sir we will be with you soon” goes a long way. I said thank you and decided to leave. Not giving my business to someone who doesn’t want it. This may seem childish to some but it felt like they didnt want to help. Do better subway!

  The lady who making the subs is very nasty, she she even not changed the gloves when making 2 different subs and she charged extra for regular cheese

  ZERO stars. This is the worst Subway I've ever been to in my entire life! I kept giving chance after chance BUT they failed every single time with my order one way or another. Why did I keep coming back bc I believe in second chances and I believe ppl can have a bad day at work. Plus the taste of the food it self is NOT the problem. First time I pre ordered on an app every item was NOT in the bag (missing bag of chips) I told the cashier it was supposed to been another bag she said no. The younger me would had just TOOK the bag of chips anyway since I know I paid for it. But I decided to just get a refund on the app. Next time I ordered from this location no issues other than a missing cookie, had the food delivered, bravo. Then the third time I ordered from this location I came in not only was the workers rude even a customer was talking about what I'm getting on my sandwich I'm not from this area my hometown is actually over 20 hours away. But I know rudeness & disrespect when I encounter it. I decided to remain composed. First I ordered turkey and they had bacon on it. The sandwich maker took the bacon off then proceeded to place it on my sandwich (the turkey) I'm like do u have fresh turkey then someone helped her get fresh turkey bc obviously she was not capable of it at the time. She finished making my sandwich but not before the other worker grabbed items that were over my sandwich (she reached over my sandwich to get somehing) definitely rude and crossed the line I should had left then but of course I didn't want to make a scene, which is actually what they wanted, just some sick individuals. I'm just standing there like wow and ppl wonder why not so good this happen to fast good workers all the time (on the news) One lady was almost 50 or older like shouldn't you be babysitting your grandchildren instead of acting childish at a public restaurant that you don't even own. Too old to behave like a toddler . So I decided to take the HIGH road and just remained calm and paid for my sandwich. That was the nastiest sandwich I had ever eaten in my life (was the feeling) it tasted o.k. but all the chaos surrounding a foot long sandwich that I paid for with my own money made it a bad. Never ever in my life will I ever return to this location, ever. ZERO stars. This is an accurate and honest review this is how they treat people who are not from the area and I guess I don't align with their stupidity either but hey. That's why they are making sandwiches instead of being in a professional career their attitude won't allow them to move forward is my assumption. Don't like your job or some of the people that come in then don't be a sandwich maker, very simple. This is putting it mildly. And again ZERO stars. Eventually they will hire capable staff who behave maturely and professional at all times regardless of their dislike or feelings toward a customer until then I do NOT recommend this Subway. The only positive aspect about this location that stood out to me is they do tend to have very fresh cookies. Still ZERO stars one or two cookies does not fix the other issues mentioned above. ZERO stars 😔

  The place looks great. But my husband's food was setting in so much water that his bread was soggy. Very disappointed

  Haven't eaten it yet but getting ready to and it sure does look good! But I do wish that Subway would use real steak!! If they use real steak, their business would really pickup!! And the price was way too expensive for a footlong!! That's why I'm giving 4 stars!
