  Came here for loaner tools with my 4yo daughter. She wanted a model car and when I went to buy it Jeremy and Tom gave it to her for free. Solid staff. I live in Saluda so this store is a bit out of my way but this is my new go-to store. Thanks again Jeremy and Tom 👊

  My alternator went out, but made it to Advanced Auto. The younger lady that assisted me. Tested the battery and alternator. Her disposition was welcoming and her interaction was pleasant and calming for me. I've had quite a few mechanical issues lately. Part was in stock and tools were provided by Advanced Auto. It's great when things go smoothly after being stressed with a what now situation. Thank you for a great experience. The young lady should be promoted to a higher position to impact others who should emulate the way employees interact with customers. Again Thank you

  Very friendly and knowledgeable. I.was surprised by the initial contact from employee. Instead of the usual, he said, "Are you having a good day?" I like it!!!

  Would be 0 stars if available, im currently pissed at this store. This used to be a great store and my go-to, but not anymore. I'm probably going to see about moving to a new location for commercial service because this one is currently terrible. However, recently it has been almost impossible to set up a commercial account with this company; it took months to finally get it fixed. After finally getting an account set up, I ordered a tool and was told it would arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Five days later, I was informed that the tool was just being shipped and would take an additional 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Not to mention, every time I've called this store, I've had to sit on hold for fifteen-plus minutes; every call exceeds 30 minutes, except for last time, which was 5 minutes—kind of ridiculous. I am currently not happy with this store at all due to the level of frustration with the misleading date and extended wait time. I was needing the tool in 5 days... not needing it shipped out in 5 days. From what I have managed to put together in my own head and reading the reviews from the last couple of months + the dreaded interaction with this store, it doesn't seem like anyone really knows what is going on there. I hope a district manager reaches out to me because I would like to have a conversation and I need them to switch my stores.
