    The people who work here have always been very nice and helpful. However, the printer never seems to work correctly and sometimes it takes upwards of 15-20 minutes to accomplish a simple task like printing a label and dropping off a package. To add insult to injury, being charged to print a UPS label after waiting 15-20 minutes is ridiculous. I’ve been to multiple UPS stores and none of them charge to print UPS labels.

    Absolutely rude, had only one worker. Kept skipping us because we had more boxes that were heavier. Will never go here again.
