  I went in to drop off an Amazon return, and the manager/owner demanded I pay extra just to tape the box. When I pointed out that Amazon doesn't require this, he rudely told me it was a 'new store policy' and that I should have brought my own tape if I didn't want to pay or I should have bought some tape and pointed to his tape on the wall. Terribly rude service. I won't be coming back

  Always long wait. Kind of shady, too. My package end up with wrong receiver address, was “returned”and I was asked to pay again (over $30) to resend. Despite having a screen where the customer is asked to verify receiver’s address, I naively assumed that the person inputting the receiver’s address was competent, would read it correctly from the paper I handed to him with the correct address clearly written and also that the employee would care enough about location accuracy to get it right—that is the job, no?? There was even a conversation about it. But, no, my fault, I just clicked the screen based on my erroneous faith in the business’s commitment too, at the very least, adequate customer care and satisfaction. Please, please read the screens carefully, as I have heard of this happening to others when I share what happened to me. Wrong addresses, impossible to remove stickers covering addresses and requests to pay to resend. PLEASE read the screens. This occurring to not just me has my mind leaning toward suspicious.
