Super fast and super helpful. They always make my sandwich exactly how I like it with weird stuff like mayo, then lettuce, then onions, then a little more mayo, then pickles... haha I just like it the way I like it. And it's delicious. Awesome people and service here.

Upon entering the lady that was sweeping greeted us, stopped sweeping and put on new gloves.
She was kind and prepared our two 12" sandwiches as requested. All meat and cheeses seemed fresh as well as the toppings. We enjoyed. We had a spicy nachos sandwich and a ham and turkey sandwich.

Decided on Subway for dinner and completely regretted it. Walking in, no one greets me or even acknowledges my existence. I wait patiently for the one worker to get done helping someone at the register with a mobile order as another worker hides out in the back. Finally the one worker walks over and just says, “what would you like?” No, how are you, or thank you for waiting, nothing. I practically did his job by greeting him and asking him how he was before he cuts me off with “what would you like?” Totally backwards in there. No one smiles or acts like they want to be there.

This was the WORST subway restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even want to give 1 star. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
The lady who worked at the store built my sandwich wrong. She received my online order and did not pay attention that I only requested mayonnaise and Baja chipotle sauce. She put sweet onion chicken teriyaki sauce. The sandwich tasted sweet so I opened it up and saw huge amount of teriyaki sauce.
I went back inside the store and told the lady that I didn’t want this sauce and was met with immediate hostility. As soon as I walked back inside she said “what’s wrong?”, and when I explained to her she started arguing with me.
She kept going back and forth with me telling me this sauce comes with the chicken teriyaki sandwich. While I understand its suggested, I specifically asked not to have this sauce.
She was incredibly rude. She told me she’s teaching me how to order so this doesn’t happen again. And I told her this isn’t my first time eating at a subway lol. I’ve gotten this same sandwich made at numerous locations for many years and no one has ever had a problem making the sandwich without the sauce.
I repeatedly told her there’s no reason to have an attitude or argue with me over a sandwich. In the end, I told her to give me a refund and I don’t even want her to make my food with that energy. She was hostile, rude, and arguing with me non stop. I showed her my subway app order where the sauce isn’t on my order.
She could have fixed this easily but instead chose to argue with me. I don’t recommend anyone to eat here ever. They need to fire her. I asked for her name but she refused to tell me.
