  I went to do an Amazon return and it required boxing. The other returns I’ve ever done do not require a box which is why I choose to come here. This particular return required a box and I needed two small boxes. They charge me $42 for two boxes!

  I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! The team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. They handled my shipping needs quickly, answered all of my questions with a smile, and made the entire process completely stress-free. It is rare to find such great customer service these days, and this team truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my future shipping needs. Highly recommended!

  I came into the UPS Store needing help with some shipping, and I’m so grateful I had the pleasure of meeting Ivy. She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with me, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She took the time to explain everything and made the whole process so much easier for me. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides such genuine customer service. Ivy truly went above and beyond, and I left feeling very well taken care of. Thank you, Ivy!

  Excellent experience in the store today!! I came in today to ship out trading cards and out of all the ups stores I’ve been to this is by far hands down the best one! I would drive out of my way just to come back 🙂

  Walked into the store at 12 noon. One other person in the store, two employees. Needed notary services. Was told to go to another desk and wait. 10-12 customers were served as I was standing there waiting patiently. Out of the two employees one of them must have been new as the other employee was basically carrying the load. After about 20 minutes I asked for my ID and left. No words from the employees, nothing. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this location.
