  What can I say? They do wings and they do them Right. Customer service was extremely good. Can I try that sauce? Sure! Gave me a boneless wing with the sauce. Can I get it on the side? Sure no problem! They did everything right handled my order fast and correct. And by the way they got that Gooood Ranch! Will definitely be returning to this spot!

  Does not follow health and safety guidelines. No hair nets. Falsify completed orders on the app by up to 40 minute wait times. Ignores people for personal phone calls.

  I stopped in for carry-out on my way home from a doctor's appointment and let me tell you from the customer service over the phone to the time I walked in until I left and the cashier, young man who gave me my fresh order, and the young lady who noticed I was looking for something and asked what's wrong mam until I exited EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT I give this whole staff that worked this day 05/19/20026 Kudos because I felt the customer service when I walked into the door and the food was oh my goodness DEFINITELY DELICIOUS 😋 THANKS TEAM I was well pleased with you all and my order😍

  Okay NGL at 2.7 star i was skeptical. Came in today my wings were correct Crispy. Tender off the bone. Flavorful!!! I've had wingstop from the west coast to east coast and won't lie, these have been the best wings I've had in my 10 years of being able to afford going out to eat. 5/5 coming back not sure what they doing to achieve that level of crispness and the meat coming off the bone but im def coming back ty for the love it was one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to wings.

  On March 7 2026, around 3:30 pm, I entered this store and a female employee was sitting near the entrance right near the sign in sheet for pick up. She looking at me and Im looking at her. No hello or someone will be with you, nothing. Ok, a young man way in the back,on the dining side ask if he could help me. He got up and assisted me and gave me my order. I went to the car, the order was wrong and the wings looked old. I went back and requested a refund. I could not get one right away because the General Manager could only handle that because of the way my wife ordered the wings. Im still standing by for my refund! A message was sent to the GM. I dont recommend. Poor customer service and a sassy female employee allegedly on a break but sitting near the entrance and did not greet the customer. Then she also wanted to have a back and forth with me but I would not continue to engage. The standards of who they hire is obviously low. Our seven year could have provided better customer service.
