  I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo and asked to have it tossed in garlic parmesean sauce.While they were cooking it they wanted to confirm the liquid sauce or powder version and I told them the liquid version,got my order and it was tossed in powder.So I asked for a cup of the sauce and they charged me $1.50 for the sauce that they didn't put on the chicken like I asked when I ordered.When I said that I shouldn't be charged for the sauce where it was their error in the first place,the employee just looked at me like I was crazy for asking for sauce,very rude employee shouldn't be working there if they cant handle customer service.And to the owner getting a free french fry for doing a customer satisfaction survey does not fix the problem.Highly disappointed in customer service,will never go back again,You should take from Chick Fil A customer service where they treat people right and their chicken is better to boot.

  I ordered 20 wings and two orders of fries from Wingstop on FireTower Rd, Greenville, NC. They gave me one ranch. I said I got 20 wings can I get another ranch. They said $1.50, it’s one ranch per combo. I said so if you put 10 of those wings I just ordered in another box for me now I got two combos. Manager refused to give me another ranch. I’ll never go to another Wingstop out of principle. So if you do go just specify you want the 20 wings in separate boxes if you order for two people so they don’t try to be greedy. Might just order for a party one night to that same store and tip $1.50… ; )

  Great Food! loved the wings but got the atomic and was wayyy to spicy for me 🤣. i will make sure i will go milder next time!
