For the 2nd time I have received damaged furniture items from fedex here in Greenville. Like heinously mishandled packages, broken open and the furniture inside is damaged. Not to mention all the times they deliver to the wrong address on smaller things. I just wish I could ask shippers and sellers to please not use fedex.

From the moment I walked into the store, I thought what a happy bunch. I was making a card for my sister's 60th birthday celebration from our Mommy and I needed some assistance. The young lady on the front counter called Moe and he came and guided me step by step and helped me create a beautiful card.

Bravo to this Trio Jackie, Kip & Kiah for meeting the needs a Senior Citizen who is a 45 year old Customer. FedEx Office is formerly Kinkos where I used Kinkos State to State in my travels. The Services provided to me- gave me a sense of good ole fashioned principles and standards in top notch Customer Service to serve all population with dignity and respect. 💯 Stars

Staples print center will not see another dollar from me. And that’s all I have to say about that! Jackie at 10th street location Greenville NC deserves a massive raise just because customer service skills of her level are very rare these days. I came in with an extraordinary order and high expectations and even though we encountered setbacks and software troubles she managed to get as close as to what I essentially had in mind. I would rate my experience 100 out of 10.
