  Lovely staff and products, however THIS LOCATION—- Terrible to access, terrible parking, terrible traffic pattern and access points. I’d rather order online and have items shipped because it’s a nightmare to get into the store. Students often take the parking and customers are often forced to park in a deck.

  Not as good as the old ship center near the airport. The parking lot is small and hard to navigate, especially with a large truck. The lack of carts also makes it harder to bring large packages into the store. However, the people in there are super nice and helpful. Once I get inside, I can often ship even a 50+ lbs package in less than 2 minutes.

  For the 2nd time I have received damaged furniture items from fedex here in Greenville. Like heinously mishandled packages, broken open and the furniture inside is damaged. Not to mention all the times they deliver to the wrong address on smaller things. I just wish I could ask shippers and sellers to please not use fedex.
