  Cricket wireless on 10th street was simply amazing.They helped me pick out the phone that I needed a downloaded.Everything from my old phone onto the new phone. Extremely helpful staff.I would highly recommend them. However, the one on Greenville boulevard, horrible customer service.The girl never left the counter didn't walk out onto the floor to help me with a phone.She could have cared less that I was even there with my daughter. We walked out and went to the store on tenth street for a much better experience.

  I’m gonna just let someone know that Store is so hot inside the store that you can’t even stay in there very long and they expect the people that worked there to stay in there fix your air condition. It is cooler outside in the heat than in that store. Otherwise I had great service but I had to be in there almost 2 hours. I don’t know how your workers stay in there.

  QUETTA’ helped me get an IPhone 16e last week after a terrible experience at the Greenville Blvd store with Erica! I did end up with a NEW phone number and a phone of a color I didn’t like but QUETTA’s store doesn’t have the White iPhone 16e only in Black. My promotion was $199 instead of $49.99 because of the action and mistakes arrive at Greenville Blvd did!! (Erica) So I lost money and my old phone number. Kudos for Quetta waiving my activation fee and helping me the best she could. I just wish I had the old number and a white iPhone 16e!!! Overall, Quetta did a very good job’

  We went to the Cricket on 10th Street today and Quetta helped us. She was wonderful and very informative. She truly made transferring our phones over to Cricket so seamless.
