  I called several times and no one will pick up the phone. I picked up my order and I normally check it but because my order was simple I didn’t feel the need to check it. Wrong. I’m missing four wings out of my party bundle. I don’t know who’s working today or who’s back their accounting for food or making the boxes but somebody needs to go back to math class. There’s no reason why I should be missing any food out of my box. I don’t have any other choice but to leave this horrible review because nobody will pick up the phone and I’m not driving 10+ miles back to this location because I do not live on that side of town. FIX IT NOW ! I will be contacting the headquarters and I did take photos. Date: 10/7/2026 3:30pm order Online App Order from WINGSTOP APP! My order was the watch party bundle with 10 lemon pepper wings and 10 Kansas City barbecue wings with an extra five piece of lemon pepper wings with a large fry and a large ranch. Almost 40 bucks and it’s missing food is unacceptable!

  This is a good location. I came here a year ago and the drink machine was not working now here it is a year later and I had to settle for a bottle of water with my combo instead of a soft drink. Not the goal yet I had to pay for an extra ranch cup. 😒

  Just let all the employees go. Over $100 order. Fries missing. Sauce missing. Staff not acknowledging you. Will never come back.

  I ordered wings here tn, and I ordered wings with corn and fries(I paid extra to try Louisiana fries) but they gave it to me with no fries and no corn. Chicken was super salty as well, It was horrible. If the foods gonna be bad at least get the order right.
