  Customer service is bad. Went there today (8/13/26 8pm) and the two ladies in the front made me feel like a criminal when I was just coming to pick up prepaid food. Super rude. Update: Glad my review made a difference! Ladies were much friendlier today and were actually helpful! Great improvement!

  I placed a door dash order for 3 tenders and a side of veggies. This store served dirty and extremely poor quality vegetables.

  I ordered food online and the last three times they gave my food to other people. Absolutely terrible business. Never will shop there ever again in life

  I use to come here all the time when I first moved to Greensboro but now the visits are few and far between, with today being my last visit. There were gnats all over the fountain area and the drink machine seemed to be out of syrup. It was fixed when I brought it to their attention though. The real problem is, every time I get food from here it’s so heavily seasoned I can never finish it. Idk if this is how wingstop wants it or not but I can’t. The flavor would be a lot better if the seasonings wasn’t dumped all over everything
