  Just wow! Walked in, SEVERAL people in line. Honestly I thought it would take forever, but to my surprise, they worked hard and quickly and i was out of there in no time. Just handed my pkg to the gentleman behind the counter and was on my way! Could not have been any better!!!

  This is the worst ups location in Greensboro, customer service was horrible and the people working there are the worst.

  I know there are a lot of bad reviews about the attitudes of the staff members at this location however, I had the complete opposite experience. A sweet woman with a Monroe piercing greeted me kindly when I came in and was as friendly as can be during my visit. She was also very patient with my multitude of Amazon returns!

  I will not do business here again. I had a package that I needed to have held due to being on vacation during the time of delivery. I paid the extra fee online for the service. When I went to pick it up there was an additional $10 fee from the owners of this store for holding it. I already paid a fee online to have this service. This is not how to run a business.
