  This is the worst ups location in Greensboro, customer service was horrible and the people working there are the worst.

  I know there are a lot of bad reviews about the attitudes of the staff members at this location however, I had the complete opposite experience. A sweet woman with a Monroe piercing greeted me kindly when I came in and was as friendly as can be during my visit. She was also very patient with my multitude of Amazon returns!

  I will not do business here again. I had a package that I needed to have held due to being on vacation during the time of delivery. I paid the extra fee online for the service. When I went to pick it up there was an additional $10 fee from the owners of this store for holding it. I already paid a fee online to have this service. This is not how to run a business.

  Worst store I have ever been. The person that attempted to wait on me come out with an attitude. I tried to lighten hm up but he would not wait on me. Then he and my husband got into a cussing match. He was terrible and the store was a wreck. He said he was the owner and if so he won’t be there too long..was cross eyed.. I would have given him a big 0..and I intend to tell all my friends lived there for 40 plus years..DON’T GO THERE!!
