  Austin was genuinely friendly and welcoming! He did more than he had to in order to make my package more ship ready even though he was clearly busy. It’s nice to have someone who enjoys what they do instead of being robotic. I really appreciated the extra effort, I walked out with a smile on my face, God Bless you Austin!

  Really bad experience at this UPS Store. The young African American guy working there was very rude!!! He was raising his voice and basically yelling at me, to the point that other customers were looking over and talking to each other “This is so strange and rude.” It honestly made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. He also refused to tape my box in front of me and told me he couldn’t enter my information into the system and that I had to do it online myself. He quoted me around $39, so I left and went to another UPS Store where the staff were much nicer and I paid around $32 for the same shipment. The money wasn’t even the main issue. It was the way he spoke to me and treated me. Very disrespectful and completely unacceptable customer service. I really hope the store management takes this seriously, and takes appropriate action with this employee ASAP. Someone treating customers this way should not be representing the store.

  The guy that was working this morning was absolutely miserable and should not be in customer facing service. No hello no nothing except to tell me to put it on the scale. Rolled his eyes as he asked where it was going. I will never use this location again!
