    I've been waiting in line 45 minutes, they have helped two people. This is the slowest, most inept store. I hope the owner does something and steps in. There were two people ahead of me that were still waiting after I got served. They had to have been there at least an hour. One poor man just want copies. I've been using this UPS store for 10 years, it has been through a lot of changes but this has got to be the worst one.
