  This location "claims" printing, but their printer is broken & they don't use flash drives. So they charge a $4.00 "email fee" and getting one black & white print was $4.80. If you need anything printed, don't go here.

  Unprofessional employee. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. Please find another ups store that will give better customer service. They aren't worth the headache.

  Literally I walk in I’m the only customer in there. They don’t look up at me. I smile and say “hi.” Nothing. I use the Amazon self service it tells me to see an associate. I tell the associate it says I need to see them. She doesn’t say anything. Scans my QR code, literally still doesn’t even look at me even though I have greeted HER and smiled lol. Never going here again they obviously don’t care to have customers.

  Walked in to return some items today from Amazon. I was the only customer. When I walked up to the desk the customer service girl directed me to the kiosk instead of offering to help me. Then she was rude when I said I needed her help. So what is she getting paid to do? NOT HELP CUSTOMERS!?
