    Do not go to this UPS!! They are RUDE! Especially FATIMA!! The customer service I experienced this morning was HORRIBLE all over some tape!! Fatima and the other associate, ANNA I believe that’s her name was so very unprofessional and rude about putting some darn tape on a box! I will NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN! Fatima does not need to be a manager because she just made things worse!! Smh! See photos below. This is how they wanted to ship the package off.

    Went in there yesterday Monday! The employee waiting on us didn't know if she could ship our package. So, we had to wait for the manager to finish her phone call. Which she was talking about one of her employees Melissa about not showing up being very loud! We waited 15 minutes for her to get off the phone. She was one of the most rudest people that I have ever meant.Said we could not ship our package there. The whole time raising her voice and talking to us like we were idiots! I will never go back in the store! Worst place ever! 😡😡😡😡
