  I have a phenomenal experience every trip to this UPS Store without fail! The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. This store is always quick, easy, and organized. The employees truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. Anytime I have any issues, they are quick to solve it. Definitely the best UPS Store locations in the Greensboro area and I highly recommend them!

  I’m in the UPS store on Elmsley Street and ran into a series of difficulties and one of your employees by the name of Patel really really took my hand and helped me out more than I would have expected from customer service and with that I would like to send some kudos to the UPS store for Mr. Patel so thank you so very much

  This location never has a long wait. Often times im in and out. The staff are friendly with the exception of the blond haired female who is always looking at her phone. It is clean and a great location. Im happy they opened this location.

  It’s an excellent experience every time I visit this UPS Store! The location is great and shipping & returns is always easy and very efficient here. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. A special thank you to the managers, Mr. Patel and Mina, who are both incredibly kind and welcoming. They are very careful with handling packages and I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast and careful service!
