  I would just stop going. It’s a joke of a location. The kid working is rude to the point I don’t care to go in there anymore.

  Literally the worst customer service EVER! my order was accidentally sent to this store online, so I called 17 TIMES to tell them how to make my order. Of course no one ever answered. Once I arrived a few hours later, I politely asked for a new sandwich since it had been sitting. He would not remake the order and would not refund me. The worker with the long hair and earrings was the WORST! Didn’t have a hair net on. Had the phone unplugged. Wouldn’t provide his name. Wouldn’t provide the owner’s name. Subway has gone down hill so bad. Do not support this location!

  Dirty as crap They dont put any toppings on it and when you ask For a few more peppers thay say that all you get and they dont do that way or some other bull crap I know now why they have went down hill so far the last year just walk in and look ...go somewhere else or go to another subway this one is the worst in Guilford County...got home and the bread is raw...take it back...dont care about the time and the ride go to the subway on hicone ..it want let me load the pictures for some reason..this place has went down hill so bad..since the new owners took over....they have 0 customer service..they actually talk back to you like "" hell no we ain't doing that""and they need employee that speak good English not just basic English also.....that what bring this store down

  The portions of vegetables are now ridiculously small. Ask for Spinach and you put maybe 3 leaf's on my sandwich? Ask for cucumber and you put 2 measly cucumbers? That's ok.. I'll go elsewhere before I pay that much for a sub or wrap and you can't even put enough veggies on to taste.

  I always eat at this subway, and decided to come here for my favorite tuna wrap. However it was before 8 PM and they already had the door locked when the closing time stated 9:30. Two young men were behind the counter and acted like I wasn’t there. So I called and asked, I was told they decided to close because of a curfew? There was no signage on the door to let customers know this.
