I visited this location on 4/8/26 and had a very frustrating experience. After 9 PM, the lobby is closed, so you’re required to use the drive-thru. When I arrived, I told the employee I was picking up a mobile order and gave my name. She told me to pull forward, but when I got to the window, she tried to hand me the wrong order.
After pointing out the mistake, she seemed visibly frustrated, even though the error wasn’t mine. She then came back and told me they didn’t have my order at all. I showed her my app confirming the order was completed, but she claimed their system isn’t synced with the app and that they don’t receive those payments.
When I asked for a manager, she said there wasn’t one on shift. I then asked for her name, and she refused, even covering her name tag. Throughout the interaction, she was rude and condescending. I asked for contact information for the GM to resolve the issue and request a refund, but she said she couldn’t provide that either.
I even offered to have them remake the order and pay the difference while I disputed the app charge, but she refused again. She also declined to contact a manager when I asked.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I was treated as if I had done something wrong, simply because their system failed to process the order properly. Accepting orders through the app, marking them as ready, and then not having them available at pickup is unacceptable. I will be following up with the owner regarding this situation.
Careful, buyers be very careful at this particular location. I’d recommend Jersey Mikes in the same parking lot.
