  I’m not one who normally leaves a review. If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. I’m not sure who makes the subs, if it’s the manager or owner of this location. She can’t ever get the order right will ask you 5 times what type of cheese you want after you’ve already repeated yourself. She’s always by herself, with a dirty counter, dirty towels on the same counter as the food. Yesterday 9/8/26 at around 12:40pm I had placed my order. The person working went to the sink area and put soap on their hands but didn’t properly clean their hands before putting gloves on and handling food. There was still a very noticeable amount of soap on their hands when they placed gloves on and began handling my food. When I received my order it wasn’t properly wrapped, and the whole sandwich was opened up and falling apart. Not only this but I had to pull out a piece of a napkin when I opened my food. This place needs to be investigated.

  THIS PLACE IS NASTY. the employee attending us didnt wear gloves, and she was whiping her nose and barely talking to us, she didnt wrap the sandwiches right. spilling food everywhere, tge counters where dirty. very unusual and unsanitary experience, would never go back to this place,

  We did the takeout on the app and I was surprised how perfect the order was and the lady was on point with the details. I haven't had much success with the app orders in the past but today was great!

  I can’t lie, im usually not one to leave negative reviews but this particular Subway on Spring Garden is AWFUL and cannot get an order right or even make a proper sandwich. I’ll just drive up to Summerfield instead…
