  We were visiting the hospital and they employees told us we couldn’t use our gift card because the card reader was down. They lied. Because a customer came in before me and got food. Mind you we went In there at 9:38 they don’t close until 10 when we left they closed the doors. I feel like they didn’t want to make our food because they were ready to go.

  UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! this subway location has gone up on prices, they don’t honor coupons. I ordered a sandwich online . I asked for herb and cheese bread but I got the regular. They don’t close the glass down yet its flies flying around. My friend ordered a pretzel and it was too hard to chew. I was also told by a staff member that they now bake all of the cookies and leave them out for a week. Nobody wants stale cookies!! The girl asked me to tell her my concerns and as I was telling her she started to argue with me!! They definitely won’t be getting my money anymore and I’m telling everyone I know. ✌🏽

  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND! This location is inside the hospital and we stopped here for lunch recently after an appointment in radiology. The service was SUPERIOR to other sandwich restaurants. We will definitely return when we return for our next appointment.
