    Never ordered here before first time…normally order at gate city with no issue. Hard to reach store. Sub was for my children and they were not pleased and sub was in a plastic bag. Never received points or system recognition that it was a completed order free sub has not populated. Now I have to wait for the supervisor to get there after 1-2 today….Never will order here again!

    I had a great experience at this store. The staff is very helpful, polite, and always ready to answer questions. The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Prices are fair and the quality of products is really good. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

    This is my favorite subway in the area! Nick is super helpful and the whole staff is very nice! Definitely visit if your are in Greensboro!

    Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered our food in advance using Subway app. When I arrived to pick it up the worker , Judy, told us she did not have an order for us via the app. We showed her the order on our phone. Then she told us that she had given our food to doordash. I expressed that was okay I would wait while she remade the order since I didn't send doordash to get my food. She refused to remake our order and refuse to refund our money when it was clearly her mistake and she give our food to doordash. She argued with us as I expressed to her why would I tell doordash to pick up my food and come get it at the same time. I told her I don't even use your dash I don't have the app and I've never been to your store. She was rude, disrespectful, and refused to provide any solution to the situation. I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund of my money and I will never go into that store again.

    Great, fast, friendly service. Would've given them 5 stars, but their vegetable selection is too limited, and they don't understand what "extra" means in reference to "extra onions, extra pickles. "
