  Try to do a simple (AT&T) Router drop off on 09/29. Lady at counter had no clue how to proceed. I stood there for 20 mins, while she kept inputting in correctly then proceeded to tell me it was the barcode not her. Told me she couldn't help me further, I had to call AT&T. I went immediately to UPS Store on Friendly Ave. Walked in and he scanned no probably, had me a receipt and I was out in less then (4) mins. There is a reason Fedex is #2. It is because of the lack of customer service like I received at the location on Oak Ridge Rd.

  They don't take cash there. Plastic only. I mailed a birthday card to my mother, in Canada. I'm in the states. It cost over 80 bucks. No guarantee it would make it by her birthday. Should be but customs may delay delivery. Not sure what to say about all that but, I missed mothers day and i wrote her a nice long letter because she likes stuff like that. I mean, who doesn't ? It's not a lost idea, write to some you love a nice letter, they'll be thrilled to recieve it. Text, email or a post on some on line social media app is nothing compared to recieving a letter in the mail from somebody you love. Be kind
