  There was one gentleman in particular who seemed to be running things, and he did an excellent job. He was polite, respectful, attentive, and kept everyone informed. Even though there was a wait, he made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible without making anyone feel forgotten. And this was not a one time experience. I have been there before and have seen the same gentleman handle things the same way. Professional, attentive, and kind. That kind of consistency really stands out.

  Terrible around on prints, ZERO communication, paid full price for prints delayed a week without explanation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!
