  This store is in on the biggest scam. My husband and I are both NC public school teachers and we were going to UNCG to watch our high school play in the state championship softball game. Since we don’t know the area and we were looking for food, we saw chipotle and pulled into the parking lot we thought was for the area. We ordered food and looked out the window and All Call Towing was towing our car. Made us pay $150. Such a scam. And for those businesses in that plaza to support it is crazy. I would NOT be spending my money at these businesses.

  My experience at this store was so professional. I believe his name was Diego. An AA guy with dreads. He was super nice to everyone. I love coming to establishments and feeling welcomed. He actually wants to do his job and it shows. Thanks again.

  DO NOT PROCESS YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE. Cody was extremely inept, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. He processed my Amazon refund incorrectly and then refused to give me my product back which was incorrectly not included in the wrongful return he processed. He then LIED in stating he would be in the store the following day for me to come back in to rectify the issue. The following day I dealt with another rude associate named Aaron who only made the situation worse. The only somewhat silver lining was the manager (named Kevin or Keith I believe) who was still pretty rude but did work with me to get the issue resolved. In summary, all 3 employees I dealt with spoke to me in a very demeaning and belittling manor which was quite uncalled for. They had no understanding of proper customer service, nor decent humility, for that matter.
