  Had a driver in my area today in Lexington NC on e Park Ave. I was mowing and he almost ran over me on the lawnmower.He didn't even blow the horn he just came bye me and I could have reach out and touch his van.😡They need to be a little bit more respectful!!! And slow down...

  Busted Driver Falsifying delivery on insured packages from the UK. driver drove to delivery location and got the required GPS delivery proof he needed. Parked in our parking lot, walked around and opened door twice and didn't not present packages. He then signed the delivery customer line and said packages were delivered. It took DHL management 48 hours to admit that packages were indeed not delivered. Stating the have my packages. Now 24 hrs later still no delivery and being told they would have more info for me tomorrow. I have video of delivery truck and driver and will be posting on social media at end of day. obviously packages were opened and contents missing. What an unprofessional company . I'm willing to prosecute driver given the opportunity. What an absolute disgrace. Greensboro DHL can do better.

  This was my very FIRST time going to the DHL physical store in my city. I must say Mr. Chris provided me with outstanding, superb, and excellent customer service. He walked me through how to properly do an international shipment return. His acts of kindness and overall top notch customer service will NEVER go unnoticed. Thank you Mr. Chris for everything you do for this company. He’s truly an asset, and professionals like him are hard to come by. Definitely recommend this location for your shipment needs!!!
