  Ivan has the best customer service ever!! I had a severe problem with my phone. He stepped in and solved the problem...with a smile and was glad to help. I had been to other locations and they didn't help. I will only come to Ivan from now on. Thanks IVAN I really appreciate all your help!!

  I got a new phone and was lost with things going on and not going on with my phone. Louis was great! He fixed my major problem and my other phone issues. EXCEPTIONAL costumer service! Louis needs a raise!!!
