  The store employee was very unhelpful. I have been to this store twice in a Uber and she is very understanding. The first time was understanding due to I wanted to surprise my husband with a new phone but I wasn't on the account. But I called before coming and she stated her system was down. This is the second Uber I caught with my husband this time and she did not help or understand. No consideration, empathy or suggestions. Just more money wasted and no results. Going to another store and it might be a another company

  Amazing people to work with. Louis was an exceptional worker. He helped me with everything on my phone and the other lady was nice as well. Thank you!

  Maddie (sp?) is the rudest customer service person I've ever dealt with...she wouldn't let me upgrade my boyfriend's phone even though I have all of his information and had attitude about it to boot. If Cricket doesn't want money, that's fine...but they should think about who they choose to represent them. I'd give a 0 if it would let me.
