"Betsy" provided me with terrible service, August 20th at 1:55 p.m. Could not answer my questions. I decided to go elsewhere. Realized I did not have the time to spare. Came back into the store only to be subjected to more rude treatment. It costs nothing to be kind and represent the company in a better light. I have been a valued customer with Cricket for years. So disappointed in the service.
