  I am very disappointed with this agent. I switched my auto insurance from National General (part of All State) to All State through this insurance agent. They informed me that they would take care of everything, including the cancellation of my existing policy. After my new policy became effective, I noticed that my original policy was NOT cancelled. For two months in a row, I had to pay for both my old policy AND my new policy. I had to reach out to Chris Just's office and tell them to cancel my policy, which they should have done before I made the switch. This cost me a total of $223.12 AFTER my new policy started. That is unacceptable. On top of that, the agent entered my banking information incorrectly. Two payments were returned as unpaid, and I can no longer use ACH. They have made no effort to fix their mistake, so I cannot set up automatic payments. This is very inconvenient.

  I had a really great experience talking with Jennifer and switching my insurance from AAA to Allstate. She was very kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The best part was that she helped save me over $1,000 a year, which honestly made my day. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and finding the best option for them. I’m very happy I made the switch, and I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for insurance. Thank you again for all your help!

  I have spoken with Vanessa several times, she’s always been very helpful, kind and courteous, she’s patient, supportive & professional. Whenever I calls, I always pray that she’ll be the one who answer the phone. If the world has more of Vanessa it would be a better place, I’m glad it’s not a machine & a real person. Thank you Vanessa for the friendliness.
