  I had a really great experience talking with Jennifer and switching my insurance from AAA to Allstate. She was very kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The best part was that she helped save me over $1,000 a year, which honestly made my day. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and finding the best option for them. I’m very happy I made the switch, and I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for insurance.   I have spoken with Vanessa several times, she’s always been very helpful, kind and courteous, she’s patient, supportive & professional. Whenever I calls, I always pray that she’ll be the one who answer the phone. If the world has more of Vanessa it would be a better place, I’m glad it’s not a machine & a real person.
