  The woman managing things, Carmen, was the best. She helped me understand the potential of my warranty on my lights for my headlights. She even cleaned the headlights. The other employees around also assisted like it was second nature to them. I know I’ll be back when I need something with my car.

  I came to this auto advanced store and the young lady that helped me was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend if you want great customer service. I don’t go to auto parts stores often but if I had to choose, I would definitely choose this place 100% highly recommend it got my battery installed by a young man very very helpful highly recommend once again.

  I go to Waugh st. Store often the staff is always friendly and looking to solve your problem I have found the best customer service at this location and if you have a question I promise you Carmen can solve it if advance cannot provide the part or service you need Carmen can still help she has heard it all what ever they pay her is not enough she deserves a big raise!!   I bought a pair of jumper cables and every time I used them they were smoking. The third time I used them they caught on fire and burned up. I brought them back and they wouldn’t take them. They told me I hooked them up wrong. Uh no I didn’t. Then they said they needed a receipt I said it was a while ago I don’t have the receipt. He asked me for my number and it didn’t show that I purchased them. Well sir you never asked me for my number when I purchased them. It showed I purchased a water pump and I never purchased that. Now I have. Dead battery and no cables.
