  Really appreciated my experience at this store. I needed a new battery but don't know much about cars. Mr. Andre and Mr. Larry were amazing the whole way through! Checking the system for my needs, providing support but also answering questions during the installation services so I could actually learn more about my car and the services. Too often people can be rude when you want to learn something new but Mr. Larry took his time and attended to my car and my curiosities. Such an amazing experience from beginning to end.

  Bought a battery. Thought I'd change it myself but couldn't get the bolt for the battery lock undone. Came back to the store and a gentleman by the name of Larry took care of it for me. Shout out to Larry for being an awesome guy. Knowledgeable, friendly, and was more than willing to teach me a few things. I appreciate you Larry!!!

  Your website says that you offer free battery installation, however, you all hire all these people who don’t know how to install a battery and therefore tell you they can’t do it. After paying $300 for a new battery, I would’ve had to find a mechanic who would install the battery for me, which will be another $50-$60 needing to be spent. Please ensure the people you are hiring are able to complete the basic functions of the job. I was told a battery couldn’t be installed in my 2019 Chevrolet Blazer without someone even coming to look at my vehicle. I ended up returning the battery to Advance Auto Parts and going to O’Reilly’s who installed the battery with no issue. Please do better.
