I had a great experience Eric today. He gave me great suggestions and actually cared. So many auto part stores have associates that don’t interact well with customers. I give Eric a thumbs up!

Today, I accidentally locked my keys, phone, and wallet inside my vehicle at a storage unit just down the street. I walked into Advance Auto Parts, where I was greeted by two young African American women with warm smiles. After I explained my situation, they graciously allowed me to use their phone, looked up AAA’s customer service number for me, and welcomed me to stay inside until help arrived. They could have easily said there was nothing they could do, but instead, they went above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. It’s comforting to know there are still genuinely kind and compassionate people in the world. Their hospitality and kindness meant more to me than they probably realize. Thank you both for turning a difficult situation into a reminder that good people still exist!

I needed a battery charge check and then a new battery installed. The employees were very helpful, kind and worked efficiently as a team. Thank you!

The sales clerk has helped me two days in a row . The first day she changed my wind shield wipers in a few seconds. The second day she helped me get a new spark plug for my mower . Great Job !!!
