  I bought a $10 item and I asked if I would be able to return it if it didn’t work out for me. The old man at the counter looked annoyed and said “well I won’t be able to sell it again.” Why would any customer care if a giant corporation can’t resell a $10 item? So if you want to return anything, expect a bizarre guilt trip. as if you’re purchasing straight from mom and pop 😂😭

  The staff at this store are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was prepared to buy a new car battery, but Shalonda recommended doing a proper diagnostic test first, which showed that the problem I was having was due to corrosion at one of the battery terminals and not due to a bad battery or an alternator issue. She gave me instructions on how to take care of the problem. Very grateful for the excellent service today!

  i left my car there over night because i had thought my battery died and would buy a new one in morning, they tested my battery and told me its fine and something else is the issue and that they don't want to sell me an expensive car part for no reason. i fw this place super heavy bro

  I can't find any reason to give a one-star rating. I came here after leaving AutoZone; the staff there pretended to be professional but spent 30 minutes without solving my problem, whereas here, it was resolved in just 10 minutes. Truly professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.

  I unexpectedly had to come to Advance Auto Parts this morning after my battery finally kicked the bucket. From the second I stepped into the store, Shalonda had my back! ◡̈ she listened to what was going on, checked my battery to ensure that was the issue before proceeding, and got me taken care of with a new battery (great warranty). She installed it seamlessly and disposed of my prior battery as well; it was so nice to have one less thing to deal with. I was on my way back home in no time at all! Shalonda was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with during a potentially stressful situation. Thanks again!
