  They never have any tea I found that firehouse subs are .much better and you get more on your subs

  The two employees working there late morning today were both rude and lazy. The boy who was making my sandwich today decided to stop in the middle of helping me and help another customer. The sandwich station was a mess and the service was worse. Even the girl that rang up everything at the register was rude and didn't even attempt to assist in making sandwiches. They were unorganized and unprofessional. I see why local people say to avoid this store.

  Gave my order about 20 minutes ago to the gentleman who I believe is the manager or owner of the location where upon he passed my sandwich off to a young gentleman who asked me what I wanted on my sandwich I told him and then proceeded to the checkout where I paid. Upon getting home, it appears that none of the toppings were put on and just bread and meat was shoved in the bag. I tried to call multiple times, but it says that their mailbox on their phone is not set up. Not a good way to do business.

  The young men that work in the evening are very polite and they listen to you when you order. And they didn't have an attitude over specific requests. I always enjoy my sub, 6 or 12 turkey breast. I only give 4 stars because they didn't have tea or cookies and my Pepsi tasted watered down. But it's not always like that.

  I never get what I want today I asked for a steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato mayonnaise, and mustard pickles banana peppers. I got a steak and cheese with mustard and mayonnaise such a letdown. I spent too much money getting a foot-long and a 6 inch asked for chips didn’t Get them I really enjoy Subway but they let me down tonight when I wanted a good subway the way I like it with chips and didn’t get sub right or the chips. They say they’re gonna refund me but that does not help me tonight. I wanted a good sub so disappointed.
