    Horrible customer service on two separate occasions. I once went through the drive through for a pick up order, never was aknowledge. So I pull around and parked up front and I see an employee go run and hide. So now I have to continuously knock on the door for him to open it with an attitude. When I tell him I'm picking up an order he says oh happly. Second occasion I did arrive at the subway shortly after it opened I got there at 9:05am and they open at 9:00am. Two female employees look at me through the door and continue to keep doing what their doing. Then one of them says I'm not opening the door. After I continue to stand there she says we'll open in a few mintues. I then walk to my car she wait till I get in to come to wipe the front door and stare at me. Why walk to the door to not open it if you know I'm waiting on you to open the door. The date of this visit was 6/5/26.

    From the time I walked in, I felt very unwelcomed. When it was my turn to order, there was a lady that was supposed to be helping me, and she had an attitude. She proceeded to put gloves on, talk over my food, and continuously touch her glasses, while preparing my sandwich. I was absolutely appalled, and disgusted to the point where I did NOT eat my sandwich. My feelings were hurt at the way she was snapping at me, she also treated her coworker very ugly! The coworker was a young black man who looked like he was doing the very best he could, and she continued to nah him. I applaude him for remaining calm and professional, as she was speaking to him like a child.

    Remind your customers of their chips if you don't listen to us correctly when we said : "I wanted to do 1 combo with the cookie & 1 combo with the chips" that's what the option is. Instead I was rang up for two combos and extra cookies. And I just caught this late on 4/19. And knowingly you know what you rung up and you let us walk away without the rest of our food .barely even saw the receipt my bf did and of course I see it to late. But that's uncalled for pay attention to what you're doing .. and my goodness we don't wanna hear u complain" I'm so tired" 10x when I was in there too !! it is 2:00 in the day !!

    Who ever the young man you guys had in there around 5-6ish today keep him. He had on all black. He has great customer service and he said something so wonderful when I complimented him on how well he did which was “ma’am I’m making it how I wanna eat mine” I told him I never saw a man let alone a young man make a sandwich so good. His mom has taught him well. 😁 Wish nothing but blessing on the king earning his way
