  Miss Juenieyah was very helpful with finding the box I needed and cutting the flaps down to the size I needed. She went out of her way for me and I really appreciated the effort she took!

  Always very efficient and the system is very easy to use when we are returning Amazon packages. Makes me want to continue to use Amazon and UPS stores.

  Brandon and his entire staff are incredibly professional, and always helpful. While I'll never use UPS for important shipping again, it's worth noting that Brandon and his staff do their best not to be as terrible as the UPS Company. FedEx should hire Brandon, and double his salary.

  I visited a few weeks ago. The woman who "helped" me was awful. I'm sorry, I'm not the packaging expert, she is supposed to be. I said I needed to overnight a card. She mumbled something and then just stared at me. She pointed to the bubble wrap manila envelopes. I got the smallest and couldn't quite get the card to fit. I have a bad tremor. She watched me struggle to put the card in the envelope, smirking and rolling her eyes. She then said I didn't need the envelope. Please go somewhere else. People with disabilities shouldn't be humiliated like that. There's a UPS on Franklin and one in Clover. Go there instead.
