  I ordered a part from Amazon to be shipped to Charleston and arrive by Friday. Long story short, UPS decided to deliver my package to this store in Gastonia, where I haven’t lived in more than three years. Without explanation and with repeated reassurances from UPS that it would be sent to my address in Charleston, which never happened. Mr Akula was more than helpful, and while UPS is a terrible delivery option, I can’t say enough positive things about him. He went above and beyond to suggest ways to help get my package to me, which UPS failed to do even after charging me to do so. I was extremely frustrated as I need this part for my car and was hoping to have it repaired prior to going out of town. Mr Akula was patient with my frustration, and if he worked for UPS, I wholeheartedly believe my part would have arrived on time and would have been delivered where it was supposed to be delivered.

  Always fast friendly and free when returning Amazon packages. It is no where near my house but I will drive out of my way to use this UPS location.

  This UPS is the closest one I have and it's always a quick trip even if they're full of customers

  Got a tall foreign guy with a beard in there who is rude. Watched him toss boxes aggressively out of the way. Lied to a customer who waited for a notary service that wasn't an Amazon return because it wasn't an easy Amazon return. Most of the staff is friendly as long as everything is perfect then it goes off the rails the minute something is unique.
