  My last visit was a disaster. First of all the two young employees that were there that evening were not welcoming at all. I had an online order that my son picked up and the footlong I ordered for my husband was completely wrong. So I had to take it back to the store (first inconvenience). The broccoli soup I ordered was not available (second inconvenience), but it didn't tell me that online. I asked for a refund but the young lady told me her manager wasn't there so she had to call him/her. She remade the sandwich but took the other one back (I guess to throw it away or eat it) because the manager told her I couldn't get a "free" sandwich, even though I never received a refund for the missing soup. She told me the manager said I could get a cookie or a bag of chips only because I demanded some sort of compensation for the inconvenience of traveling back to the store. No apologies for the inconvenience, no smile or thank you, have a good night. This is not my first bad experience at a Subway in Gastonia NC, however this will be my last. My husband doesn't like many sub places but I guess we'll have homemade subs instead, from now on. Because I refuse to continue to pay for food/service where I'm not satisfied or appreciated. And another question, why isn't there a manager on duty at all times, like other restaurants? Subway, do better!!!

  I went to subway union road. I went in and could hardly breathe because it was very hot in there. I look over at the thermostat and it was 95 degrees in there. I felt bad for the workers to be working in there under those conditions. They were very polite and made my food. Because of the humidity in there flies were flies flying around. The food was great but it was just too hot in there.

  This is the BEST subway hands down. Meat is always fresh, veggies fresh, my sandwich is always put together perfectly. I used to work at subway and on my lunch break, I couldn’t even make a sandwich this good. Don’t agree with me? Argue with your mama.

  Brown slimy lettuce. Especially when we have a stomach virus parasite in our food supply. We couldn’t eat it. I asked the lady why it was that way she said “you should have seen what we threw out, this was the best we had”. It seems to me this is common in alot of subways I have been to. I’m sooo disappointed. Do better!

  This is a great subway. The sandwich artists are nice and know what they are doing. The store is always clean and the owner is always on top of things.
