  Niyah and Kiara are absolutely amazing. I just left from spending an hour in there trying to get my QR code to work and we finally got it! They never got frustrated and were delightful to talk to for that long!

  Wow, two shipments from this facility were to be delivered overnight and now three days later still not here. Keep getting told they can't find them. Fedex has really went down hill last few years and looks as if the slide is not stopping.

  I left note to ring doorbell so I would know he was there. I had my door open but screen was shut. Obviously I was home. He took a picture of my note and left. He never rang doorbell!!! I waited all day!! This is inexcusable! It should be redelivered on Sat. Or give me a narrower timeline. I cannot wait around all day when this happens.

  I was absolutely amazed by the amazing customer service I received at FedEx today! Because of some past experiences, I was honestly a little anxious about going in to retrieve my package. However, Kiera Mills and Siedah Ford went above and beyond to make sure I received my item and didn’t have to make an extra trip. I truly can’t say enough about the courtesy, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness they showed me. Their customer service was exceptional and completely changed my experience. I just had to give these ladies a HUGE shoutout and say GREAT JOB! 👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you, Kiera and Siedah, for such a wonderful experience. These ladies should be training everyone on how to treat customers with kindness and professionalism! Kudos to both of you! You are appreciated! 💐👏🏽

  Every time I have a package from fedex they never deliver it and I always have to come to the office to pick it up it is such an inconvenience why pay for shipping if I still have to travel to pick it up! I work for a shipping company and know they are not following protocol ,I don't have and issues that prevents them from coming to my door this has been going on for years!!!! FIX THIS ISSUE GET NEW DRIVER OR SOMETHING PLEASE
