My package mysteriously stopped moving as soon as it got here. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and that didn't happen. It's not coming today either. What is so hard about moving packages from point A to point B on time?

Had packages forwarded there to pick up. This is what was brought to me. They had been slid along a muddy surface. Employee said she could not take them back, the shipper had to request. Let me get this straight? You (Fedex) pick up a box from a distributor and while in your custody, it looks like these, and you don't feel obligated to take them back yourself, apologize and work it out? That is a crappy work ethic and business model.

I had a very frustrating experience at the FedEx location in Dallas (321). I was trying to ship an important package to Mexico, and the employee assisting me insisted that I change the address because it was written in Spanish. I explained that the address needed to remain in Spanish for accurate delivery, but he continued to argue and was dismissive. At one point, he even said “welcome to America,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
I left feeling disrespected and unsupported. I expect better customer service, especially for something as important as international shipping. I won’t be returning to this location and will be sharing my experience with others.He had pimple scars was so heated did not even get his name
