  I order online 25 boneless habanero wings 10 bone in habanero And they flipped the wings instead they gave me 25 bone in and 10 boneless

  Proceeded to call in an order for my children, I was told they were “ NOT” taking orders over the phone if you are ordering more than “ 10 PIECES” of chicken⁉️⁉️Very confusing because I had just placed the same order “ OVER THE PHONE” the previous night! I’m assuming it determines what employees are working for that particular night! I asked to speak with a manger and was placed on hold just for “ NOONE” to return to the phone! “ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”‼️‼️ Some of your employees are very unpleasant‼️

  i order here almost everyday off when i get off work late off of door dash because it’s the only thing I like open and I decided to come in and place an order and get told that i have to do online. If you’re making everyone else orders why can’t I place one in person..What is the difference when you’re still making ppl orders..

  Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman’s name, but I think he was the “boss man”! He was so kind to us and personable! As a family of 6, eating out can be a mission and can feel like more a task than enjoyable! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was great as always, but I truly think the people are what makes the experience! And the team working today was great! Thank you for making an already chaotic experience feel a little less stressful!
