  Yeceli was terrific in her politeness and expertise. I had a slightly different request that was handled perfectly. This store has consistently provided excellent customer service. In addition and FYI. I first went to the UPS Store at 42 by the Lowes grocery store. I detailed my request which was deemed not possible to do. The associate was not helpful at all. UPS, you should be aware that the customer service for your product at the Store locations can be dramatically different.

  this maybe the ups store but the people that work there especialy " EARLINE" Makes you feel like theyre a part of your own admin team, they handle your buisiness like its their business,,. thanks team, i really areciate the effeiciancy of how they operate.. and also shout out ms. styles.

  The experience I get when I come to the u. P. S store is very, very outstanding and good. I appreciate the help that I get when I step through the doors you got one employee that I can't call her name. But every time I come, she waits on me if y'all just look who waited on me the last time I was there. Stay employed and I wanna thank you for always being a good employee.

  Great location; easy to get to with lots of parking. Very neat & clean. Loved that I was greeted/acknowleged cheerfully and with smiles immediately upon entering store. I was assisted by Liz who was very helpful with getting my packages labeled/processed for shipping while explaining shipping options, insurance, etc. I will definitely not hesitate to use this location again. Give Liz her "customer suggested & authorized weekly raise"! 😄 Good job to whomever hired her.

  * 5/5 Stars * Review: Fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly service. I walked in to ship a few packages and drop off returns, and Jose had me in and out in under five minutes. He was knowledgeable about packing fragile items and made the entire process seamless. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff genuinely cares about getting things done right. Highly recommend this location if you need reliable shipping or print services in Garner!
