  This was a clean, well staffed and organized store. Bryan was an excellent representative for the UPS store. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained all my shipping options. I was very happy with the experience.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff from 12 AUG 2026 deserve a bonus, raise or some form of recognition. I’m a disabled veteran with a less than desirable memory, and I found myself in a dilemma. I’d traded my phone to AT&T at this location and lost the receipt. AT&T told me they had absolutely no information of ever receiving my phone. I returned to this UPS store to track my package and asked the staff if they could assist me. Every team member who was available worked together to track the whereabouts of my package. With exceptional teamwork & troubleshooting skills, they tracked my package down to the second that it was shipped. In turn, the tracking number was retrieved along with a log of full shipping continuity to its final destination (AT&T) I’d definitely recommend this location and thank you to all the staff members.

  Kayla was super helpful and sweet! I might have spelled her name wrong, sorry 😞. Probably the most organized UPS I've ever seen!

  The overall process for shipping seemed to be pretty simple, until I looked at the receipt and saw a services charge that cost more than the shipping services. I didn’t ask for any services and wasn’t aware of any being added to my postage. Edit: Spoke with Dave and he was prompt, helpful, and gave me information for going forward when doing business with UPS.
