They don’t speak english so it was impossible to communicate with them. They also gave us no napkins so when I started taking napkins they got mad and said “No Permission?”. Won’t be back.

Terrible customer service. Employees will not speak to customers. They are rude, and had an attitude as if I was not a paying customer. Then proceeds to tell me I can’t use my coupon. They only accept online coupons. Which is odd. If I wanted to spend $16 on a sub I would’ve went to jersey mikes for more meat & better service. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!

This place is absolutely horrible!!!
I went through the drive thru and ordered in the screen. When you choose your sub it already comes with the toppings listed in it. All I had to do was add anything else I wanted. I got my food and check it and there were no toppings. I told the man and he started to yell at me that I didn’t put that stuff on there if I did he would have done it. I told him the screen has it already listed. He was so rude yelling I told him I wanted a refund. He told me no that he’s not the owner and it would come out his pocket he would have to pay for it. Not my problem. Show your owner how he has the screen set up then!!! Yall are scamming ppl!! He finally gave me my money and told me to leave. I went back around and have a video showing exactly how it comes up!!!! Just rude for no reason!!!!
