  the staff at the garner store and other locations needs to tell customers that the Accessories are nonrefundable bought a charger from the garner location took it back 2 days later was told they did t enough money to give back told me to come the next day for a refund took.it back the next day only to be told no refund for accessories so was stuck with a charger not good want be back

  Terrible. I had a Legitimate Concern that was not acknowledged or addressed by management. He acted like a jerk. After 15 years as a loyal customer, I left for AT&T. They are not perfect but they know how to maintain their customer base. I do not miss Cricket at all. They suck big time at being concerned about the customer’s satisfaction. Shame on you.
