  Brenda Torres was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I came 20 minutes before closing and I thought that the employees would turn me away when I needed a battery installed. I had gotten off of a 16 hour shift and literally, could not remember the year of my vehicle, but that didn't stop Brenda from figuring out what I needed and how she could best support me. As an aside, I love that you support women in your stores; it is empowering to see such a smart, knowledgeable person, who is excelling at this job when it is mostly run by men and let me tell you, she can hold her own. Brenda installed my battery in a matter of minutes, she never once seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and she is really impressive. I am so glad that I had this experience at your store. Keep on doing what you are doing Brenda!

  I can’t say enough good things about Advance Auto Parts. I use them multiple times a day for parts, and their customer service is consistently outstanding.
